Interesting that you mention closed captions, because for me they're not working in Firefox, at least not in this video: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:%C2%BFQu%C3%A9_es_Wikipedia%3F.ogv. But they do work in IE. Can you check to see if you can get CC working for you in Firefox in that video?
