as things go on, I will be sitting in a train at 1500 UTC on Friday. I
will try to attend but I know that connectivity on that travel is not
coninuously given.
What I still miss is some information about the dial-up.
Could you please deliver this as soon as possible. My travelling
starts at 1200 UTC and it would be great to know the dial-in
conditions before I leave my office.
I would also like to have a kind of frame about the purpose of this
meeting, Will it be only a hello to all and some global introduction
or will we try to do a little bit more. Starting with some exchange
about what everyone expects from working in this group. Do we have an
agenda? I will be fair: I really would love to have some more
information. Although I realize that there are organisational an
technical problems which just might hinder all of your best intentions
(and I know that you all have them) I am not sure about the outcome of
that meeting if nothing else is given to us to start thinking and
discussing. Please remember that not everyone of us attended the
initial meeting in Gdansk and that we might need some more input to
start working effectively on this important issue.

By popular acclaim, the first call of the Movement Roles Workgroup will be
at 1500 UTC this Friday, 10th September. By a margin this was the time that
most could make.
James Owen will send out a note with the details of how to connect.
As a reminder, the purpose of this call is to introduce each other and to
start to plan our work together. Our immediate goal is to deliver a formal
proposal on 9 Oct to the Wikimedia Foundation Board and other stakeholders.
This will cover our scope and deliverables for Wikimania 2011. One on the
items for us to discuss on the call is how best we can work together!
