I had this on my calendar as a deadline, but indeed, it seems that
some of us didn't have a concrete meeting time in mind.

Since a few people have already said that they can't make it, perhaps
we can reschedule for this weekend? (And now that we're all feeling
sheepish about not getting things done, perhaps we can use the next
few days to focus and plow through a few things.)
