Ok I had a slight fight with iTunes Connect where it was rejecting the format of our app
icon, which is now resolved. (Apparently you must now submit your large app icon without
an alpha channel, even if it's opaque, and the SVG->PNG conversion from Inkscape
creates an alpha channel by default. "Lol" as the kids say.)
It's now *really* in the queue, "Waiting For Review".
Now back to merging up the refactorings!
