How are you generating the links? Sounds like a great way to make the "template" cards actually super useful.

I would recommend putting those links in the project description (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/sprint/profile/489/) too, even though that risks making them obsolete if we are not careful.

The easiest way to file a new bug is to go there and click on the link to file a pre-populated Phab ticket. Most of the time the "regular" one is what you need. If you fill out bugs coming from OTRS or crash reports then use the second one.

You can also find this template in the last column of our Android workboard[1].
