There are other dashboards too, like http://ee-dashboard.wmflabs.org/dashboards/enwiki-features# and http://ee-dashboard.wmflabs.org/dashboards/enwiki-metrics#

Just curious... I just discovered http://reportcard.wmflabs.org/ which
somehow I had no idea existed.

That's the report card that Erik has gone over in metrics meetings since before I joined (two years ago).

Is there any reason it doesn't link to
http://mobile-reportcard.wmflabs.org and vice versa and why there is a
separate mobile report card instance?

Yeah, when we made the mobile report card, we talked about just merging it with other dashboards, and decided against it.  I personally agree that they should be merged, but I also acknowledge that Limn does nothing to help someone browse through a ton of graphs.  That's why we're working on Vital Signs and exploring dashboarding as part of that project [1].  If anyone reading this has good ideas for designing an overall report card, please let us know.  The data sources that underlie these reportcards are going to get much better soon, and I'm excited to talk about how we can present both old and new data.

Note: when I say we're "exploring dashboarding" I mean that our code was optimized to take an information architecture design and make it into a dashboard as quickly as possible.  We're pretty happy with the results and look forward to integrating more data and unifying more dashboards.  I'm happy to talk about my thoughts on these matters, but this may not express the views of the Analytics team and its leadership :)
