I'd guess you've accidentally hit the "permanently disable mobile
view"
link at some point... you'll need to remove that cookie, or it never really
goes back properly. :(

It ended up working with the new link Tomasz sent out last night[1] versus
the one I put above...For whatever reason the one that the meta page was
linking to wasn't working correctly! Thanks for the help!
