We wanted the no_javascript_site.feature test to run only for Firefox and not for Chrome.  

Zeljko and I today changed the builds and the tests such that a tag of @firefox will cause the test to run for FF and @chrome will run for Chrome, and both tags will run for both browsers.  This is becoming a shared standard across all the builds for all the repos.
