Just to add on to Stephen's question, while using Facebook zero, it works with the phone's native browser but not on other apps that are used to access Facebook eg Opera mini, at least in my experience. Will this be the same case for Wikipedia zero, will the Wikipedia App for Android be able to access articles free of data charges or will this only be limited to a phone's native app?

That's correct. Kenya will not be one of the first 6 - 8 countries we
roll out to in Orange's footprint in the Middle East and Africa. That
has to do with the operational constraints of each territory on
Orange's side (technical and marketing) so Kenya is later on the list.
We're not sure yet if it's in phase 2 (after the first 6 - 8) or phase
3 (the ones after that).
