I'm not sure if people will understand the meaning of yellow and blue

Ultimately that is an issue with integrated diffs. They're a lot harder to
read. Creating disparate diff colors on mobile and desktop is not really an
acceptable solution to that problem in my view. Not if we want users to
smoothly transition between mobile and desktop editing.
