A while back we shrunk its predecessor by removing the hamburger menu actions, but the search actions account for the vast bulk of this table.  Now that there is a separate search action table, I think we can remove search and shrink the table dramatically.

I remember that we agreed to split this schema in several others, can we do away with this schema now?
