Thanks for bringing this up :)

It's a fix in the *build* system, so should be available when they
make a release next. Not sure when that is - there is no set release
schedule as such. Once that is out, people on any android system
should be able to use current methods (there'e a Change Locale app, I
believe) to see their language being used in apps that support it
(like ours!). I'll make sure we upgrade our build systems when it
comes out, and will keep you guys posted too!
