Bryan-

Sorry you feel that way. I'm working hard to make it not *crippled* and make it as awesome
as your email. We've had a tonnnnnn of requests for this. Far more people seem to like a
simplified version to the original site.

Right now, there seems to be a bug with the disable on the main wikipedia site and I'm working
with that team to resolve it.

Hopefully in the future, you'll give it another chance and we won't disappoint!

I'm not sure about other phones, but on the iPhone I can't stand
mobile sites.  The iPhone handles real websites just fine and I would
prefer to view and navigate the real site, rather than a crippled
mobile version.  Because of their limits, I feel that mobile sites are
less efficient than full sites.  This seems contrary to their
purpose.  There are a few instances where mobile sites work well, such
as web based email, but for the majority of the internet, I'd rather
use the full site on my iPhone.
