No. Not unless such links are contained inside brackets in what the user would consider to be the first sentence... which is never the case.

In fact, if you look at my screenshots, we're actually already stripping those links from being displayed and putting them behind a button, "Similar pages", to save UI space. This is a screenshot of what happens when you tap on that button.
