You can examine Mediawiki:Sidebar. Everything you find there it's a Mediawiki: page. However, I thought the point of the MsUpload extension [0] was to drag and drop uploads within the text area of a wiki page during editing. So having it somehow in the sidebar does not really sound like it is within the scope of it. Still this is a wild assessment. I never installed or used this one.
