Your PHP installation is broken -- either PHP itsemf or the fileinfo
module are not properly compiled for your system.
I was able to successfully import a .png file, but not
.flv, though
$wgFileExtensions includes 'flv'. Adding --extensions=flv didn't help
either.
Any idea what this might be?
PNG is detected more easily, and may be avoiding the particular code
paths that expose the broken PHP/module installation.
