There might be more rewrite rules you forgot about: check for hidden .htaccess files in the wiki directory or the directory above it. Thanks, will do. I did indeed find a rewrite rule I'd missed that was inserting "index.php?" before paths. Things are working better but not quite there yet. Hopefully the above page will clue me in to what I've got misconfigured.
