Hi. I want auto numeration to work again, so I copied and pasted the gadget code listed under

https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Snippets/Auto-number_headings

in the three (MediaWiki:Gadgets-definitions did not exit with any gadget registration before) files mentioned there.

Unfortunately it does not work.

Can anyone help?
