you may be interested in installing the wiki to pdf extension (
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Pdf_Export) which would be suitable
for what you want to do and is currently being tested for use on wikimedia
wikis. (
http://test.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page click download as PDF on
the left hand side)
