Hi Brion
I tried mailing the mailing list but I guess no one could help me out.
I have a small problem I thought the best person to help me out with this
would be you.
I need to modify the navigation links on the left hand side with an
attribute rel = "nofollow" something like
<a href = "http://some.com./" rel = "nofollow"> Community Portal
</a>
I tried editing the Default settings / mono book every thing no success
I need to add this attribute only to 3 links out of the six that's why I can
Just add the attribute to the mono book file
Please help !
Thanks in advance!

I just checked that out, and I think that'll work
just fine. Thank you.
One more question, though. I understand that the output of the extension
is treated as HTML. Is there any way I can have that be treated as
WikiText instead?
Extension output is HTML only; you can however call back to the parser
and have it produce HTML from your wikitext, and return that.
There's some sample code at:
http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki_extensions_FAQ
I haven't tested that exact code fragment, so YMMV. :)
