Not as far as I know, but you could do this: {{tag-foobar}} {{tag-bazzle}} and have the template insert: <!-- foobar --> into the article. (That might also help the search engine) Then it is possible to see a list of articles that use the different templates - although creating all these templates might be a bit burdensome if you intent the "tags" to be open-ended (e.g. everyone can just tag everything with whatever they want - instead of just using a predefined list of "approved" keywords).
