Dear list, I'm trying to convert a mediawiki-mysql-dump from latin1 to utf-8 to move from MySQL 4.0.27 to MySQL 5.x. What I did so far was searching for a working way to achieve this. I found several solutions which in my eyes did not work. Is there a recommende way, which will almost ever _works_? Or are not all data important to convert e.g. _objectcache? regards Holger
