I already have an alias set up to change /wiki to /wiki/index.php... I am
using the Wikipedia style pretty URL's. In other words, this should do the
trick!

Change [A-Za-z] by [^/\.] (it applies for anything without a / or .). Or
you could redirect everythign not beginning with /wiki/
But take into account that you want to access index.php!
