Hello,
I have a problem with links "anchor", but only with the theme
"metrolook" (no problem with "Vector" for example).
When I activate the "Metrolook" theme, the complex "anchor" links no
longer work. The simple links works.
Example of a link that works:
https://wiki.example.org/AGD2018#Programme
Example of a link that doesn't work:
https://wiki.example.org/AGD2018#R.C3.A9sultat
(year, french wiki, so accent character)
