I'm looking at MOWES for an install package
Never used MOWES. As far as AMP packages go, they're pretty much
all the same.
However, packaged MediaWiki (either distro packages or an independent
thing like this) tend to be less than stellar. If their wiki is any
indication[0],
they don't seem to stay on top of updates too often.
Use at your own risk.

directory for mediawiki is "mediawiki" instead of just "wiki."
Anyone know how complicated in might be to change this? Do I need do
anything other than change the directory name and then edit
LocalSetting.php?
Moving a wiki is usually pretty trivial. Should only need to rename the
folder and update $wgScriptPath in LocalSettings.php. If you're using
"pretty URLs", you may also need to change your rewrite rules too.
