You can use http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:ExtensionDistributor/skins to download several skins (including Daddio) in a package.
It's not perfect, since they should be offered separatedly, and the instructions to extract into extensions folder is also wrong (those are prepared for dropping into skins folder).
