not really, am a recent convert from a .NET enviornment that,
I was looking for wiki application to get my website up and after
comparing, MEDIAWIKI was a clear choice with all the extensions and the
usefulness of lit like this, I did not expect to write things in it, but
any
advice here can help alot, i did learn a lot from reading this mailinglist
and started tweaking things.
what i intened to do is still under the MEDIAWIKI features, I just planed
to
have sort of Blog feature for the users of the wiki so when you visit the
User page you can see Articles written by the User.
I will take a lok at the one suggested.
I trully appreciate your help and response.

I am not sure MediaWiki is the right tool for you, if those are your
requirements.
Have you looked at Twiki or other wiki software in depth, to evaluate
and
compare features?
