There are two warnings and one note on the Mediawiki 1.35 page at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki_1.35.
One warning and one note is missing from the Mediawiki 1.35 download page at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Download.
I don't know how to add the warning and note to the Mediawiki download page. It is coming from a template from an unknown location [to me].
