An extension in need of updating was to blame (CategoryTree)

Perhaps another issue from upgrading to 1.18...
A user noticed than none of the "next 200" links work on my category pages
example:
http://www.fraternityofshadows.com/wiki/Category:NPC
it just goes back to the same page.
Any way to fix this?
