I don't want to flood all mediawiki experts' mailboxes, but I am curious to

Btw, Is subpage the same as section of a page?
No, completely different. A section of a page is whatever comes after
a heading. A subpage is a page with a title of the form
"PARENTPAGE/SUBPAGE". In most respects, it's a page like any other.
