Indent Sections feature and Extension status

Hello, Hello.. I'd like to have the feature provided by the extension "IndentSections" [1], but I see that it is outdated and I'm concerned about compatibility with MW 1.28.2 and SMW 2.5.2. I understand the core problem of this feature stems from the way mediawiki does not nest divs when rendering a page. My basic question is, ... assuming that the feature is a requirement for me, what is the best way to implement indented sections in MW 1.28? Is the existing extension still the best approach? Ip address problem with bot password page

MediaWiki 1.29.0 Apache 2.4.27 MySQL 5.6.37 PHP 5.6.31 phpMyAdmin 4.7.2 Python 3.6.2 Pywikibot (whatever the latest from ToolForge is) I recently installed Bitnami mediawiki wamp stack, python and pywikibot with the above versions. It is a local installation running on MS Windows 10. My mediawiki seems to work fine. I can login, create and edit pages. I added a separate bot user but when I go to try to set a password on the Special page for Bot passwords I get the following error: Invalid IP address or range: 0.0.0.0/0 ::/0 I have tried every combination of ip addresses I can imagine (inluding the default) 0.0.0.0/0 ::/0 but nothing is accepted. I am new to wikis, apache, python and that sort of stuff. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Eddie

I have been searching for a SAML extension for SSO, I see Extension:SimpleSAMLphp, and Extension:SimpleSamlAuth, however I don't see a way to enter the certificate information for the IDP. Thank

Customizing how search results are displayed/adding content to search results

Hey all, I work on a wiki that incorporates a lot of templates and properties from SMW and I've been trying to figure out how best to add this type of information to the existing search results. My big two questions are: 1. Does CirrusSearch handle HTML generation for visually printing search results or does it simply hand off the results to MW for printing? 2. In either case, where can I find the code that does the HTML printing of search results in order to tack on more information about each search result? Thanks, Garrett

The migration of the Database left some contents out

Hi!! I recently migrated a MediaWiki, files and database. The contents (DB) were migrated well except for one detail: All contents starting with "WikiRioDoce:" were not migrated. WikiRioDoce is not officially a NameSpace, but I have it used to specify a content type. You can see here: http://wikiriodoce.org/ Examples of these contents: -WikiRioDoce:Bem-vindo - WikiRIoDoce:Sobre - WikiRioDoce:Explorar - etc etc I already tried again and the same thing. All contents except those with the name "WikiRioDoce: ...." are migrated. A curious detail: The links to those pages appear in red, but in the search engine the names of the pages appear, even in blue, but when they enter they do not exist! --- The methodology I used was: Server1 -> Server2 MW 1.26 -> 1.29 The migration of the Database was: Server1: Export with phpMyAdmin in SQL file. Server2: Import with SSH command: mysql -u user_db -p name_db <file_db.sql At the end of the migration I ran the following command to update the database: >> "php maintenance / update.php" And worked properly!
