Have you specified:
require_once('$IP/extensions/FCKeditor/FCKeditor.php');
toward the end of the LocalSettings.php file?
If there is no mention of the FCKeditor in the Special:Version output, then Mediawiki is not seeing the extension at all. The fact that the wiki was accessible shows that there are no php errors in your LocalSettings.php file, which will usually lead to a blank page.
Check your logs for errors and double check that the require_once statement in your LocalSettings.php file is correct and near the end of the file.

Did you add that line? Does fckeditor appear in Special:Version?
Hello,
I have upgraded to MediaWiki 1.16.0 on my test wiki's. However, we
currently run PHP 5.1.6 (upgrading within a month). Would you suggest
waiting until PHP has been upgraded, or is there folks running a non
supported version without issue.
What would the recommendation be? I am interested to know what the
potential for issues would be.
Current:
MediaWiki Ver. 1.11.0
Thank you!

Hello folks,
I am currently running a rather old version of Mediawiki 1.6.10 and have not
upgraded because, well..... no one ever really complained. However,
recently, there has been some noise about the limitations of SEARCH and the
EASE of EDIT-ABILITY (not having to memorize all those darned wiki editing
codes)
I have scoured the internet looking for a features listing of 1.6 compared
to 1.16.... I cannot find a roadmap document or release note that don't go
into nauseating detail.
Essentially, what are by BIG WINS by upgrading from 1.6 to *1.16* ? Will
SEARCH be improved? Will EDIT-ABILITY be improved... anything else that
will convince me that the effort will be worthwhile ?
Any commentary you can offer would be appreciated.
