Dear Wikimedians,
We are excited to invite applications for the *Wikimedia Developer Skill
Development Program India 2025*, a four-month blended initiative by the
Indic MediaWiki Developers User Group. This program is designed to support
intermediate-to-advanced technical contributors in India and help them take
the next step in their Wikimedia development journey.
*What to expect:*
- Hands-on learning through project-based mentorship.
- Guidance on core areas like MediaWiki (PHP, Extensions, APIs), User
Scripts & Gadgets (JavaScript, Lua), Web Tools (Flask/Django, React/Vue,
HTML/CSS), and Automation/Bots
- A collaborative environment with peer support.
- A concluding in-person event where selected participants will present
their work.
