It's now possible to add new translations ("submissions") for CLDR 49 if
you have an account.
For those who asked an account, I'll get back to you soon, but feel free
to ask again.

For those at the hackathon, I am not there but I *believe* you can find
someone who can help with CLDR by yelling "i18n" or asking the usual
