I think Brandon would be a good person to talk to about getting this accomplished. It sounds like you want either a targeted purge for this domain https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Varnish#One-off_purges or maybe more easily a full purge of the mobile cache https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/MobileFrontend#Flushing_the_cache. Either way, Brandon is best equipped to understand the consequences and manage the purge.
