I'm fully aware Wikipedia does not "owe" us anything, and I'm grateful
all these services are available for free.
But SLA or not, on our side, we owe to the users of our product (which is free BTW and
trying to do some interesting things with Wikipedia contents), to give them some useful
info on why it's suddenly not working. So in that respect, any update from Wikipedia
API team would help.
Even something like "there's too many things going on, it will be really looked
at next week", would be quite useful and help us plan things. We're totally in
the dark right now.

Could we get any update on this? It's been
quite a few hours already
since the feature was turned off. Thanks.
I don't think you are paying wikipedia for a SLA right ? I'm sure they will
update us when it is sorted, and in their own time (as it should be).
Best Regards
