Looks like a problem with generator=prefixsearch queries. Properties always missing for the last item (20th page in the examples below) in the returned results. 

The real problem is that generator=prefixsearch is returning 21 pages with gpslimit=20. Thus when you specify exlimit=20, the 21st is past the limit.
