You can award a "the world is burning" token on the phabricator bug to denote you are unhappy with the situation.

Please dont create additional bugs. Having multiple tickets on the same topic makes things hard to follow.

Wikimedia phabricator is the official bug tracker for wikipedia. There is no other bug tracker for wikipedia.
