There are no resets that I know of.

You'd probably do better to ask questions about the Beta Labs environment in a place intended for that discussion (e.g. the labs-l mailing list), as this mailing list is about the MediaWiki API and people here aren't as likely to be knowledgeable about the details of Beta Labs.
