Hello, I updated /osm/libs/openlayers/latest to 2.11.

Now OpenLayers supports mobile multitouch devices!

Some optimisation in our code seems necessary to run fast, like: http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/mobile.html or http://www.openstreetmap.org Perhaps somebody want to play with it.
