Hm... discuss it with Tim and Avar perhaps. You would be using about 20% of the
total resources, that doesn't sound good.
Total disk resources? (where are the server specs anyway?).
XAPI is useful, and if we can host it we probably should, it'll be
useful to some toolserver users and we can always throw it out later
if it becomes a problem.
A lot of people in the OSM community are also missing XAPI so it'll
give us some initial publicity / hammering of the server :)
