Hi all,
sorry for arriving to this thread so late, I subscribed to this list a
couple of weeks ago but then forgot to confirm it. Should be fixed
now.
I am giving the talk "Data coherence between OSM and Wikipedia"[1]:
this is about what I have been doing as part of my work at Fondazione
Bruno Kessler in Trento (Italy).
In a nutshell we want to compare the data in OSM and the data in
Wikipedia and seek inconsistencies. The long term goal would be to
produce useful tools for OSMers and Wikipedians to find (and therefore
fix) everything that looks like an error.
Incidentally I am a Wikipedian (I'm active mostly on it.wiki) since
2007 and I am the vicepresident of Wikimedia Italia, the Italian WMF
chapter.
I will upload my slide as soon as I can.
Cristian
