I'd be fine with that. Even so there's usually some work involved, so
my main request is for the organizing/logistics to be handled by
someone other than WMF. Therefore I think we should bias towards
places where there's an expressed willingness to do so by a chapter or
other local group.
So far we've got potential interest from Wikimedia UK and Wikimedia
Denmark (Ole suggested potentially attaching it to
http://www.opensourcedays.org/ in March), as well as the suggestion to
just attach this to the Amsterdam hackathon in May.
