I'll note in passing that there is a long, long history of Yahoo email addresses getting bounce-blocked on Mailman that has to do with the Yahoo configuration; in the past, even including the list's email address as a direct contact wasn't always enough for Yahoo to stop bouncing. I hope that this problem isn't repeating itself, but you might want to suggest to the user to add the list's email address to their recognized contact list.

If they set it back to "enabled", there should be nothing else to do. If
they're still having trouble please send me the list name and email
address offlist and I can look with more detail in case there's anything
else.
