I sent out my first solicitation message today (to two music library groups)....and then I realized:<div><br></div><div>Last year there was a signup page on WP where institutions could indicate their plans for participation.</div>
<div><br></div><div>This year the WP:WLL page is rather crowded (the talk page even more so).  Shouldn&#39;t there be some space or page where institutions can indicate their plans?<br clear="all"><div><br></div><div><br>
