The Wiki Loves Women team is delighted to share with you the #SheSaid 2022 campaign results. 

SheSaid was launched in 2020 to ensure that women’s voices are better heard on Wikiquote projects. This year, the 3rd edition of the campaign resulted in +3810 new articles created and +1199 articles improved on 11 language Wikiquotes. Which means more than 3810 notable women are now featured on Wikiquote. 

The first three places go to the Italian, English and Ukrainian Wikiquotes. Below are the stats:

• Italian : 919 created, 293 articles improved

• Ukrainian : 270 created, 83 improved

• French : 89 created, 19 improved

• Spanish : 124 created, 8 improved

• English : 863 created, 137 improved 

• Catalan : 13 created, 3 improved

• Bengali : 6 created, 2 improved

• Igbo : 219 created, 9 improved

• Philippines : 183 created, 252 improved

• Tagalog : 1120 created, 394 improved

• German : 10 created, 1 improved

We especially thank Camelia Boban (User:camelia.boban) for her support and her participation since the launch of SheSaid in 2020. 

SheSaid is mainly an online drive. However some communities take this opportunity to meet in person to add their contributions and train their community. 9 communities across Africa participated in in-person events during the SheSaid drive period.
