I am at the hackathon in Zurich, Waldir who is from the Cape Verde, asked if he can have Wikidata enabled for his mother tongue, Cape Verdian, kea..

Given that it has an ISO-630-3 and he is a native speaker, it should be no problem to make it eligible and allow editing in Wikidata.
