While going through the Incubator Dashboard today, I found that Tigre Wikipedia https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Tigre has not only met the minimum requirements for the last four months, but far exceeded them by getting around 20 editors in the last two months and 8 editors already in the month of November.[Catanalysis https://meta.toolforge.org/catanalysis/index.php?cat=0&title=wp/tig&wiki=incubatorwiki#distribution_2024-11 ]
Most important messages https://codelookup.toolforge.org/tig have also been translated by more than 93%.
I believe it is ready for approval.
