1) I suggest that we accept this proposal, for the reasons given by the proposer: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Proposals_for_closing_projects/Closure_of_Ky...
2) I would ask members to have a look at the discussion at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Proposals_for_closing_projects/Closure_of_Na... I have not read into it in detail for a lack of time, but I think it would be good to have a closer look.
Tiõrv pukid!
I think the best way to solve the issue of closing the Navajo Wikipedia is to contact an expert or two and ask them to assess it and then make the decision based on that.
Along the same lines, the same could be done for the following languages: Iñupiaq: Ikwp, ikwikibooks, ikwiktionary. Ikwp already has a discussion going.https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Proposals_for_closing_projects/Closure_of_I%C3%B1upiaq_Wikipedia Central Alaskan Yup'ik: https://incubator.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wp/esu Inuktitut: iuwp (articles definitely being created by non-speakers who have no clue how the language works)
This proposal I think we can close already: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Siberia...
In the long run, I think each project that Kmoksy and friends have touched needs to be reassessed. There are also a few other contributor contingents whose work we should also take a look at.
