Any objection to marking it eligible? The language is living and the code gaa is valid.
The first proposal at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Ga was closed because of almost no activity in the Incubator, but currently, the Incubator is quite active.

No objection. If the project was previously rejected due to inactivity and this has been resolved, it should be marked as eligible.
